ISP Support Programs
Traditionally, ISPs and Telco's are great at delivering bandwidth and it is something that they have become very proficient at. However, increasingly, SMB customers are asking "So, what do I do with this pipe?" and looking at the same ISPs and Telcos for the answer. Key business services, such as e-mail, Web site hosting and VPN, are delivered by the NetWinder while also addressing more basic issues of multi-system Internet access and security. Rebel.com has successfully introduced a bundled concept that leverages the power of NetWinder with Internet bandwidth and also creates an environment that increases customer retention and brand loyalty.

Bell Canada is currently building a service offering for small business that will include high-speed Internet, set-up and configuration, hosted services, monitoring as well as a single point of contact for telephone, mobile and Internet questions. Core to this service is the NetWinder.

"We are excited to be collaborating with Rebel.com to ensure that all businesses, no matter what their size, have access to e-business solutions," said Glenn Ward, Vice-President - Technology Development at Bell Canada. "Rebel.com is a recognized leader in the Internet server appliance space, while Bell Canada is a leading provider of DSL in Canada. The relationship is a perfect one."

Summary
NetWinder provides small and medium-sized businesses with full Internet and local area network support while offering interoperability, compatibility and exceptional ease of use and performance. NetWinder is configured to meet a broad range of business needs such as Internet security, Web site hosting, business-class Internet and e-mail access, and the ability to share computing resources.

For the ISP, the NetWinder is open, highly configurable and can be managed as a single unit or as one of many thousands. Rebel.com has built relationships with third-party vendors to deliver a complete admin and management solution for almost any environment. Additionally, NetWinder provides multi-tier monitoring and administration allowing ISP to deliver managed services beyond the firewall.
