NetMechanic Partner Program Debut NetMechanic shares its tool bag full of optimizing gadgets with ISP partners to strengthen customer retention by expanding online Web site services. Huntsville, Alabama's NetMechanic, Inc. Monday introduced a customized Partner Program designed for Web-hosting companies and Internet service providers. The Web maintenance and promotion firm's program offers customized partnerships at different levels including reseller, co-branded and private label relationships. Through the program, partners will be able to provide their customers with NetMechanic's full range of Web site promotion and management tools designed to produce superior Web site performance. Companies currently participating in the program include Verio, Inc., EarthLink, and Web Trends. Partners claim the NetMechanic program has increased customer retention and improved customer satisfaction. Paul Niedermeyer, Verio director of product management, said the company utilizes NetMechanic's tools to offer their customers value-added services. "We view NetMechanic's Web site maintenance and promotion expertise as a key component of our growing array of powerful Web hosting products," Niedermeyer said. Through the Partner Program, Verio offers two of NetMechanic's most popular tools. HTML Toolbox-Version 2.0TM is one of the only Web site maintenance tool that will repair most common HTML code problems. Search Engine Starter submits Web sites to 100 top search engines and features a unique report from NetMechanic that informs the subscriber which search engines have accepted their site for consideration. Other NetMechanic products include GIFBot, a graphic optimizer with an exclusive rollover viewing feature, and Search Engine Power Pack, a comprehensive suite of Web site optimization tools. Jeff Morgan, NetMechanic chief executive officer, said its partnership program offering tailored services to fit the specific needs of partners and their customers. "NetMechanic's Partner Program is a primary focus in our effort to provide high-quality, low-cost site maintenance services to small and medium-sized businesses on the Web," Morgan said. "The program will assist our partners in differentiating their service offerings for customers and site-visitors and will promote higher standards of customer satisfaction." NetMechanic has "tuned-up" over 32 million Web pages to date.
