Btnaccess is a wholly owned subsidiary of PCCW, the largest communications provider in Hong Kong with over 700,000 broadband customers. Btnaccess' MPLS-enabled network covers a wide range of both U.S. and international locations. In addition to its U.S. headquarters in Reston, Virginia, Btnaccess maintains offices in Hong Kong, New Delhi, Prague, Moscow, and London.

The company's Internet backbone encompasses 34 POPS in 30 major cities worldwide. Btnaccess uses Cisco routers across the backbone, linked together with OC-48/NxOC-12 SONET connections. The company operates two 24/7 Network Operation Centers (NOCs)—one in Ashburn, Virginia and one in Hong Kong. Public and private peering arrangements with NAPs worldwide connect the network with carriers, ISPs, and content providers.
