The WISP is adding 1,700 customers and $1,000,000 recurring annual revenue, bringing its customers to over 8,000.

Justin, Texas—Partnership Broadband Inc., a leading provider of fixed wireless broadband services in North Texas, announced the acquisition of the assets and operations of NetPort USA of Rockwall, Texas. The acquisition includes over 1,700 wireless internet customers and network infrastructure equipment including 15 tower locations.

The acquisition extends Partnership Broadband's wireless footprint into Rockwall, Kaufman, Hunt and Van Zandt counties and includes business class customers such as oil and gas companies and school districts in the growing region. With this acquisition Partnership Broadband services over 8,000 customers from over 140 tower locations and provides more than 10,000 square miles of wireless broadband coverage area.
