Building Wi-Fi Real Estate JNS Enterprises, Inc., has opened for business in Tuxedo, New York. The company plans to build and operate towers for city governments.
JNS Enterprises, Inc. is a new company, launched yesterday in the town of Tuxedo, New York, by President and CEO Jeff Staley. The company intends to build and maintain towers for municipalities. The pitch to local town governments is this:
Said Staley, "In June, we implemented the program. In just a few short weeks in operation, the JNS team successfully built the first tower in Dutchess County, New York. We are extremely excited about the high volume of interest municipal city officials have shown us because of this tower build. As a result, we are currently in the process of developing numerous facilities throughout the New York/New Jersey markets to keep up with the demand for our services." As long as the Wi-Fi and cellular buildouts continue, expect more businesses like these to crop up. Staley's dealmaker at JNS is Joeseph Fanara, Director of Real Estate, who has performed site acquisition and zoning for such companies as Contel Cellular, U.S. Cellular, McCaw Cellular, AT&T Wireless and Price Communications. Before joining JNS, Mr. Fanara was President & CEO of Rivers Edge Realty. Although Staley has no 802.11 customers yet, he told us, "The towers I'm developing are intended to support all wireless service providers. I'm trying to find out who [the 802.11] providers are and how to contact them." Feel free to contact him yourself. His contact info is: Jeff Staley End
