Can Software Analyze Your Customers? SLP InfoWare claims its P-CRM solution can reduce an ISP's churn rate.
SLP InfoWare, Inc. launched its ISP Loyalty Bundle ISP/CPS, which is designed to help Internet service providers detect subscribers who are about to churn, determine the best intervention to retain them, and execute one-to-one marketing campaigns. The company claims that ISP/CPS helps ISPs by identifying customers who are likely leave the network, but are likely to accept an offer that would keep them in the subscriber base.
According to SLP InfoWare, ISP/CPS combines the modeling and predictive tools of the company's Churn/CPS and Retain/CPS to build a system that helps ISPs optimize customer retention strategies by predicting churn on a customer-by-customer basis. Also, the company's P-CRM solutions use state-of-the-art statistical and machine learning algorithms, to analyze customer behavior and determine the drivers behind churn/attrition behavior.
Results of the analysis are used with SLP's InfoWare's modeling technology, which creates a model that predicts customer behavior. These models are packaged as Knowledge Objects, which enable real-time customer profiling. According to the company, the product's capacity for real-time data loading and automated campaign building and execution lets an ISP run permanent, self-maintained customer retention campaigns.
"The great strength of this product is its ability to offer customer related data loading from the network and to automate retention campaign building and execution," says SLP InfoWare CEO Jean Schmitt. "This allows ISPs to run permanent retention campaigns, resulting in substantial churn rate control."
