March 13, 2002 -- Broadwing Inc. (NYSE:BRW) announced the closing of the sale of its Cincinnati Bell Directory Business to CBD Media Inc.

As previously reported, the sale will generate $345 million in cash, the net proceeds of which will be used to retire a portion of Broadwing's debt.
