Conversent Helps Network Plus Customers Maintain Voice and Data ServicesWayne
Kawamoto February 7, 2002 -- Conversent Communications, an Integrated Communications Provider, announced it has extended its Quick Connection program to Network Plus customers after the voice and data communications provider became the latest telecommunications company to file for Chapter 11. Conversent developed the Quick Connection Program last summer to help businesses avoid potentially lengthy and costly periods of downtime when their provider could no longer deliver service. To date, Conversent has transitioned hundreds of customers through the Quick Connection program from now-defunct providers including Teligent and Rhythms. A leading telecommunications company headquartered in Massachusetts, Conversent owns and operates a state of the art facilities-based network. Conversent says it provides voice and data services to more then 27,000 business customers throughout the Northeast. -End- |
