February 6, 2002 -- LecStar Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: LCST), an Atlanta-based regional provider of integrated communications services to businesses and consumers, and telecommunications consulting firm, CLEC Solutions, Inc., announced a partnership intended to serve the small business community throughout the Southeast. Both companies will draw upon their collective portfolios of products and services to jointly market turnkey solutions for voice, data, and Internet applications to the business community.

Under the terms of the partnership, CLEC Solutions will market LecStar's products based on the needs analysis of their support and technical staff. LecStar will work with CLEC Solutions customer service department to insure a smooth installation. CLEC Solutions will expand its product and service offerings by marketing LecStar's complete portfolio of products including: voice services, data and Internet services, and integrated services.
