January 8, 2002 -- Log On America, Inc (OTCBB: LOAX) and One Star Communications, a privately held national telecommunications services provider, announced a partnership to provide One Star national customers with E-platform services.

One Star expects to begin offering Log On America business-class services in immediately. Under the agreement, One Star will utilize Log On America as an ASP provider to design and deliver web hosting and collocation solutions to a greater number of small and medium-sized businesses, branch office locations, home offices and telecommuters. Log On America will provide a fully automate E-platform which will encompass ordering, provisioning billing and payment processing.
